She maintained a level pleasant tone with a smile the whole time. She volunteered the info of her error. Great customer service. Thank you. Ill go back again. Theres always a line in Drive Thru and it moves quickly. ”

Im normally not used to expecting excellent customer service from a fast food restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the gentleman at the window was able to fix my drink that was made wrong at first. I got the brown sugar shaken espresso with chai that was recommended to me by him and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this Starbucks location to anyone, the employees are incredibly fast and were able to work through a very long line of cars very quickly. Highly recommended!!! ”
